We create websites on the WordPress platform, which is user-friendly to the end user.  We provide 3 different WordPress web design packages, depending on your needs.  You can also purchase add-ons that are not included in the packages, or other services you might need for your site, such as logo design.  All content to be included with site must be supplied by client before the start of the project.  We also provide monthly website maintenance.  All of these services are listed below.  If you need assistance with promoting your site, we also provide marketing/social media packages, which you can find on our services page.


Bronze Website Package

$497

Our standard website package includes everything you need to get started with your website at an affordable cost.

1. WordPress installation on our recommended hosting service, or one you provide.
2. Setup of permalink website structure, which establishes the link structure of page URLs.
3. Theme / Template Installation (The theme is chosen by us or by Client.  We recommend themes from StudioPress.com or ElegantThemes.com).
4. Blog setup, if requested.
5. Chosen theme branded with your company logo, if you have one (Client provides the logo file).
6. Up to 5 pages formatted with your supplied content and images (additional pages offered at $50 per page).
NOTE: Images can also be:   1)  Created by us (see our graphic design services)    2)  Supplied by us from free stock sites ($5 service charge per picture)    3) Bought by us from stock sites on behalf of Client (Client will be billed for purchase plus $5 service charge per picture).
7. Setup of comment spam prevention.  Setup of security to keep your site secure.
8. Installation of up to 3 items into your sidebar (ex: a picture, text, ad).  Installation of background image.
9. Contact Page including basic contact form (includes name, email, and message fields).
10. Links to your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc).
11. Sharing Buttons (to allow people to share your content with others).



Silver Website Package

$750

Our silver website package includes all the basic features you need for a website plus many extra features to make your site function and look its best and help you increase your traffic.

1. WordPress installation on our recommended hosting service, or one you provide.
2. Setup of permalink website structure, which establishes the link structure of page URLs.
3. Theme / Template Installation (The theme is chosen by us or by Client.  We recommend themes from StudioPress.com or ElegantThemes.com).
4. Blog setup, if requested.
5. Customization of theme, which can include background, sidebar, footer, color scheme, and navigation.
6. Custom header design, which can include your logo, if you have one and choice of colors (logo design not included).

PayPal Checkout Package

$150

If you want to take orders online or send payment links to clients, but don’t need a shopping cart with many features, then PayPal may be a great solution for you.

This package includes PayPal product links and installation of custom header image for your PayPal default checkout page. Custom  images help to increase the number of completed sales and gives clients a feeling of confidence and security when ordering.

1. Setup of up to 3 PayPal “Buy Now” buttons for processing products or subscriptions.
2. Installation of custom header image to your PayPal checkout page to match your website and branding.
3. Setup of PayPal account default settings for the checkout page.



WordPress Website Maintenance 

$49 a month

Our website maintenance package will save you time and will allow you to relax, knowing that the maintenance of your site, including security, updates, and repairs are being taken care of on a regular basis.

1. Monthly WordPress Website Backup, which we store on our file storing system. We will provide you with a password-protected link that you can use to access the back-ups and download them to your computer if you need to. This service will give you peace of mind that your site is saved in a secure place in case anything should happen.
2. Monthly Security Scan to make sure your site is secure.
3. Monthly Updates to WordPress Plugins.
4. Monthly Check and Repair of Broken Links.
5. WordPress Database Update as new versions of WordPress are released.
6. Regular Password Changes.
7. Empty all Spam & Trash.

BONUS!

Each month, you can request up to 30 minutes of basic updates to your website! For example, you can have a page added, text added or removed in your content, or an image added etc.
*Note: We will make sure that you have a recent backup of your site before performing any major updates. Broken links on your site will be repaired or we will notify you if a repair is not possible. If your site requires more than 30 minutes of updates or additional assistance is requested or needed, we will apply an hourly rate of $40 an hour.
