Are there tasks that you need to do for your business each month that would be better to hand over to someone else who could save you time?  We are independent contractors who can help you do just that.  You can partner with us to help you for a certain amount of hours each month on ongoing tasks, or work with us on an “as needed” basis.

We have created packages in which you can purchase a certain number of contractor service hours.  These hours can be used for ongoing services such as:
Spreadsheets,  PowerPoint Presentations, Forms, Database Maintenance, Supplies Ordering, Report Creation, Word Processing, Correspondence / Emailing, Contracts, Data Entry, Schedueling / Event Planning, Travel Arrangements etc.

The number of hours you need can vary, depending on your business needs.  There is a 3 month minimum commitment for monthly service plans.

Turnaround time will depend on workload and complexity of your project. Most basic tasks have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days. We can easily communicate or exchange information using modern tools such as e-mail, phone, instant messaging, desktop sharing, online calendars, etc.
Using the Dropbox program (which you can download to your computer), you can invite someone to share your files, documents and folders. The files, documents or folders can be opened anywhere, anytime on any computer and are stored online. We use software programs on our computers to make sure that the projects of clients are secure. Norton Anti Virus Windows firewall is used for security. Client’s information is kept confidential.

 

Terms/Conditions for Monthly Service Retainer Packages

1.  This is a monthly, ongoing service based on a specific number of service hours that are reserved by Client.
2.  We require a signed agreement before starting any work and a minimum 3-month commitment is required.
3.  Clients are invoiced for the coming month’s work before the month begins and Client must pay in full before service begins each month.
4.  If the actual hours worked are more than the pre-paid monthly hours, the Client will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
5.  A minimum of one hour will be charged on all invoices.
6.  Hours that are not used within the month do not carry over to the next month.
7.  Monthly service plans cannot be transferred and are not refundable.
8.  To end the monthly service, a 30-day written notice is required.
9.  Payments will be received through PayPal.
10.  Payments are net 10 from the invoice date. A $100 late fee will be charged for every week that the client is late after that time. Any funds returned uncredited from Client will be subject to a charge of thirty ($30.00) US dollars plus any additional costs incurred.
11.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services to Client until full payment has been made on past due amounts. All invoices must be paid in full before the release of work done for Client.
12.  Additional charges may apply for work done outside of regular business hours, weekends and holidays. These fees can be based on the project time-frame / estimated time to complete the project.
13.  Additional fees are not included in the ongoing monthly service charge or project charges and will be charged separately. Some examples may include: communication time such as long distance phone calls, postage, envelopes, fax, shipping, printing, ink cartridges, copies, albums, flash drives, CD’s, DVD’s or disks-if needed, travel time and expenses, special software, and any other office supplies specific to the Client’s needs.
14.  Rates are subject to change. Client’s needs vary, so rates may be negotiated to meet those needs.
