Newsletters

Setup Cost:  $250

1.  Setup of a newsletter service account with your chosen newsletter service provider (ex: Aweber (recommended), MailChimp, Constant Contact etc).

2.  Importing of any current subscribers from your supplied Excel or CSV file.  (Manual entering of contacts is priced separately at $40 an hour).

3.  A newsletter template will be created using Client’s information.  (Feature headings, images, and content supplied by Client).  Template design includes up to 4 sections ( ex. Personal Note, Featured Article, Featured Product or Ad, About).

NOTE: Images can also be:   1)  Created by us (see our graphic design services)    2)  Supplied by us from free stock sites ($5 service charge per picture)    3) Bought by us from stock sites on behalf of Client (Client will be billed for purchase plus $5 service charge per picture).

4.  One opt-in form will be created and installed on Client’s website.

5.   Setup of opt-in “thank you” page, confirmation email, confirmation “thank you” page, and welcome email.

ADD-ON SERVICES

1.  Setup of Automated Responders.  ($50) per autoresponder for creation and setup.
2. Custom Opt-In Form Design  ($100)
3. Newsletter Template Design with Custom Images and Formatting  ($175)

Monthly-$97, Bi-Weekly-$177, Weekly-$297

1.  One subscriber list will be managed for the Client. If needed for the newsletter, the Client will supply images (up to 2) and will supply the newsletter content in Word.doc format with bolding, hyperlinks, etc indicated in the text.  If assistance is needed with writing/formatting/editing of content, we can also help with this.  (To see some of the writing we do, please visit our Writing and Editing Services Page.)

NOTE: Images can also be:   1)  Created by us (see our graphic design services)    2)  Supplied by us from free stock sites ($5 service charge per picture)    3) Bought by us from stock sites on behalf of Client (Client will be billed for purchase plus $5 service charge per picture).

2.  Setup and adjusting of content in newsletter template.

3.  A test of the Newsletter will be sent to the Client for approval.

4.  The newsletter will be sent to the requested subscriber list once it has been approved. (A schedule for when newsletters will be sent out each month can be established with Client).

5.  We will provide the Client with a statistical report showing the success of the campaign.

6.  Basic template amendments can be requested by the Client, such as a change in the address. Major adjustments to the template will be charged separately.

3. One (1) monthly full content newsletter will be sent out, which can include 1 feature article, 1 personal note, and 1 miscellaneous section such as a product or ad.
